What’s In It For You?

As our Producer Multi-Media, you lead the media concept and production team in the development and implementation of media projects and media components for various clients. Your role will entail:

• Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects

• Develop and manage budgets

• Develop and control production schedules

• Monitor script and storyboard development, allocate resources,set and monitor deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects

• Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables

• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of relevant multimedia content

• Supervising the direction, animation, motion design, voice-over, photography, etc., in the media-making process.

• Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations

• Select and hire, contract additional crew and talent; direct and coach talent

• Organise shoots or capturing/importing media, organise raw media, follow editing process, sound music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media

Some Guidance And Expected Experience

• 5+ years of experience working as a Video Producer or a similar position in the Media industry. Bachelor’s degree in Films, Media, or a related field is a plus.

• Sound knowledge of production processes and industry technologies.

• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

• Good oral and written communication skills, German and English a plus

• Outstanding project management techniques and procedures.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional knowledge of media for live productions such as projection mapping, AR or VR, motion design for live events, concerts or major installations and digital events.

• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize them.

• Proficiency in Adobe suite, Microsoft Office, good knowledge of Unreal, Ventuz, C4D, or other industry programs etc.

• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

• Enjoy working in an international and diverse team.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management abilities.

• A sharp eye for detail.
