We are seeking a talented Event Conceptionist / Event Creative Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts for events, blending storytelling with innovative design to create unforgettable experiences. This position is ideal for a visionary thinker with a passion for experiential design and a knack for turning ideas into actionable concepts.
– Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, brand identity, and target audiences.
– Develop creative concepts and themes for events, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
– Create compelling presentations and mood boards to communicate concepts effectively.
– Design experiential elements, including spatial layouts, interactive installations, and audience engagement strategies.
– Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure concepts are feasible and deliverable.
– Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and emerging practices to inspire innovative solutions.
– Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall ideation process.
– Proven experience in event design, experiential marketing, or a related field.
Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create mood boards and presentations.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar software.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
– A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
