We are looking for a dedicated new team member in the role of an Experiential Creative Strategist (m/f/d) for Live Events to expand our diverse team of creative directors, strategists, producers and creative community.
Location: Ideally Berlin, but happy to consider European remote workers. We offer travel opportunities for international projects.
Mode: Full-time to Project-based freelance work

This role focuses on bringing a brand-oriented perspective to our team, leading the charge in creating and executing comprehensive brand experiences from retail to live activations. The Experiential Creative Strategist will provide leadership in brand experience, ensuring that all activations and campaigns are aligned with brand values and resonate with targeted audiences.

Tasks and Required Skills and Experience
Strategic Planning and Engagement Frameworks
Work with clients to outline strategic plans for activations, including setting objectives, KPIs, and measurement strategies.
Utilise existing data and insights to develop engagement frameworks that resonate with targeted consumer interests and align with overall brand strategy.
Concept Development
Develop relevant concept outlines, strategies, and ideas based on data and client learnings that reflect the brand values and brand story.
Collaborate with the creative team to bring the concepts to life and outline innovative live activations that integrate digital and physical elements to create engaging experiences.
Client Advisory
Advise clients on potential activations within key consumer interest areas to enhance brand presence and consumer engagement.
Brand Consistency
Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, aligning with brand guidelines and objectives.
Creative Workshops
Lead and facilitate creative workshops with clients and internal teams to brainstorm, refine, and align activation ideas with strategic objectives.
Stakeholder Presentation and meetings
Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing concepts, strategies, expected outcomes, and how they align with brand values.
Collect and integrate feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine concepts and strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.
Market and Trend Analysis skills a plus
Conduct qualitative desk research and leverage tools for social listening and sentiment analysis to direct market and trend analysis.
Collaborate with service providers and partners to generate data-driven reports that inform strategy and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in developing concepts for live events or brand activations, with a strong focus on immersive and interactive environments.
Strong creative vision and the ability to translate client strategies, insights, and data into compelling experiences.
Deep understanding of the consumer journey and their expression through consumer engagement.
Experience in strategic planning and setting objectives and KPIs for marketing or activations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, essential for conveying concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams.
Keen understanding of industry trends, with market analysis knowhow.
Experience in leading creative workshops and collaborative sessions, effectively bringing together diverse perspectives.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus.
