Transforming corporate celebrations with sensory immersion in Switzerland 

48hrs of inspired keynotes, immersive experiences and 100% attendee engagement. Nestled in the idyllic landscapes of Switzerland, we curated a vibrant, unforgettable corporate event to celebrate a milestone anniversary of a flagship product. This immersive event experience combined sophisticated presentations, interactive highlights, creative flavour and diverse multi-sensory entertainment to honour a decade of success.  

An immersive layout for guests

To honour the exceptional history of the brand’s product, guests embarked on a journey through time. With a stunning curved LED screen showcasing the brand’s evolution, attendees were guided through multiple themed zones that highlighted key milestones and innovations.

Guests leaned on personalised QR codes that gave them access and navigation throughout the night. Interactive elements, such as UGC (user generated) photo uploads and social media integration, boosted attendee participation and allowed them to share their experience in real time. This approach enabled the creation of unified and enriching shared experiences, allowing employees to convey their stories and foster a sense of purpose and ownership.

Not just another keynote

Elevating product demos to unprecedented heights, BRS crafted extensive presentation materials to showcase new products and services. Senior management teams from approximately 30 international markets had the chance to fully immersive themselves in the new offerings to better understand their potential impact for consumers in their regions.  

Electrifying live performances

Live performances, featuring a steel drum ensemble and Berlin DJ duo Alyssa and Gia, kept the atmosphere lively for guests, setting the tone for a night of celebration. 

Sensory components as the backbone of the event

Throughout the day, guests participated in breakout sessions that offered hands-on activities and deep dives into vital company topics. Sensory-rich activities like molecular mixology, interactive installations and rotational speed discovery sessions kept guests’ hands and brains constantly moving.  

Immersive culinary Experiences

The night was topped with exceptional culinary offerings. With a molecular bar, a curated menu by a top chef, themed cocktails, such as Gin-fizz marshmallow shots, guests were impressed by the touch and taste of the overall experience.  

This immersive corporate experience in Switzerland not only celebrated our client’s product anniversary but also set a new benchmark for corporate events. With engaging performances, multi-sensory activations, and seamless integration of digital tools, it was truly an event to remember.
