To support our team, we are looking for Senior Project Managers / Producers (m/f/d) for a wide variety of (digital) events to join our team on a project-specific freelance basis.

Location: Glogauer Str 17, 10999 Berlin (remote work possible within CET zone)

Mode: Project-based freelance work

What's in it for you?

As one of our Senior Project Managers, you work with our production team in the development and operational realisation of our projects. Your role will entail:

• Management of various large projects

• Proposal preparation, planning, execution and accounting in coordination with the Battle Royal Studios creative team and management

• Calculation, budget management and controlling

• Customer communication throughout the entire course of the project

• Cooperation with German and international partners and clients

• Coordination of all relevant suppliers

• Booking and coordination of project-related third-party service providers (video, creative trades, technology, travel logistics, etc.)

• Creation of project timelines and schedules

• Live event support of the show at the venue (client liaison, travel and tour management, artist support, etc.)

• Execution of project documentation

Some Guidance And Expected Experience

• completed studies or training in the field of project and event management, or otherwise relevant studies or training

• at least 5 years of relevant professional experience as a producer and/or in project management

• practical experience in planning, execution, budgeting and controlling of projects

• experience in negotiating and managing various event service providers (technical, video, creative)

• strong interest in current trends and developments in the event industry

• experience with digital events is a plus

• strong organizational skills and assertiveness even in hectic times and under time pressure

• strong teamwork and communication skills and willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams

• Good time management and structured way of working

• quick comprehension, eye for detail and proactive solution finding

• Hands-on mentality in planning and implementation on site

• willingness to travel (national and international)

• proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and MS Teams

• business fluent in written and spoken German and English
