What’s In It For You?
As our Head of Administration & HR, you are leading our internal administrative processes and are building our core team in alignment with our cultural and creative vision. Your role will entail:
Leading all administrative processes of BRS
Directing the office asssistant and in-house accounts
Managing IT with our IT expert
Directing the office asssistant in managing the BRS locations (office, rehearsal space)
In-house training of the core team regarding administrative formalities of international projects where necessary
You will be in close cooperation with Head of Production, you will have an office assistant and external IT support. You will be a connecting point between core departments.
Recruiting of freelancers and core team partners
Supervision of on/off-boarding processes
Restructure HR best processes and practices
Administrative employee management
Embracing and further fostering BRS company culture
Some Guidance And Expected Experience
Curiosity and interest in a boutique creative agency
Strong teamwork and communication skills and willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams
Completed studies or training in business administration, project/event management, or other relevant studies/training
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
Experience of working for a limited liability company
Independent working style, decisive and structured
Strong teamwork and communication skills and willingness to work in different teams
Strong organisational skills and assertiveness even in hectic times and under time pressure
Interest in optimising administrative processes
Experience in HR processes, if possible previous contact with HR software solutions
Quick perception, eye for detail and proactive solution finding skills
Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, knowledge of Asana an advantage
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
Enjoy working in an international and diverse team.
